In 1979, on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of Tintin's birth, Studios Hergé contacted the producer of the French pop group Martin Circus, who triumphed in 1971 with “Je m'éclate au Senegal” and “Marylène” in 1975 and its leader, Gérard Blanchard, agrees to write a song about Titin: "Our best friend is Tintin".
